Kursad KIZILOGLU: Kursad was born in Ankara, Turkiye. After graduating from Ankara High School of Science, he attended Middle East Technical University and received his B.S. in 1988 in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Subsequently, he moved to the US and obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees, also in Electrical Engineering, from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1990 and 1996, respectively.

In 1999, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor by the Higher Education Council in Turkiye. Since 1996, Kursad has worked at a variety of high-tech companies. He is currently involved in integrated circuit design at Intel Corporation in Folsom, CA. Kursad is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
